Who we are:
This site is run by your friendly neighbourhood homies who share the same glamorous dreams and fanciful hopes of seeing a better world, while also feeling bored as hell. This blog is nothing but an escape tool for us, a way to break free from this lousy reality and hang out with like-minded people like you.
This blog was created from the urge to share all our thoughts on anything and everything happening around us. Here, we talk about politics, books, films, anime, games, stories, dreams, and every freaking thing that crosses our minds.
We highly appreciate and thank Autistici / Inventati for powering our blogging platform. A/I is a non-profit association that shares technical knowledge and promotes social awareness about information systems.
We share A/I’s principles of anti-fascism, anti-racism, anti-sexism, anti-homophobia, anti-transphobia, and anti-militarism, which align with their manifesto. Our projects are also based on the same non-commercial nature that keeps their initiative alive, and on the desire to share and experience relationships and struggles, with all the patience it requires. However, apart from sharing similar goals, we are completely independent of A/I and its other projects. We are not directly or indirectly involved in any of their works or activities.
Our Policy and Commitments:
This site contains information obtained from authentic and highly regarded sources. Reasonable efforts have been made to publish reliable data and information. Whilst we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we and A/I cannot assume responsibility for the validity of the materials or the consequences of their use.
Except where otherwise noted, the content on this site is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non-commercial 4.0 International License.
We firmly believe that knowledge and resources grow through sharing, and we are completely against all forms of copyright. However, the Creative Commons Attribution-Non-commercial 4.0 International License is used only to prevent this material from being used for commercial purposes. The Non-commercial (NC) licences prohibit uses that are “primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.” This reflects the intention of the NC community without imposing overly broad or narrow restrictions.
You are free to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material). You must also indicate if you have modified the work, for example, if you have taken an excerpt or cropped a photo. It is not necessary to note trivial changes, such as correcting a typo or adjusting a font size, but previous modifications to the work must be indicated.
CC licences have a flexible attribution requirement, so there is not necessarily one correct way to provide credit. The proper form of attribution depends on the medium and method you are using and may be implemented in any reasonable manner. Alternatively, you may satisfy this requirement by linking to a page that contains the attribution information.
While the licence defines the minimum requirement for attribution, we always recommend following the best practices for your particular use. We encourage giving credit not just because the licence requires it, but because it’s the right way to acknowledge the source.
We strictly adhere to A/I’s privacy policy. Please also read the A/I Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and process user data and information, as it forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
Changes to this policy
We and A/I reserve the right to change this policy at any time. We recommend that you regularly review our policies for updates. All changes take effect as soon as they are added to the latest version of this Privacy Policy and come into force from the moment they are published.
